  • For transparency, return shipping costs to our central warehouse in Asia typically range from AUD 25–50 (or equivalent).
  • We recommend a trackable shipping method for peace of mind, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and verify that your return is in good condition, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note: Refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Coverage Details

  1. Lost Packages:

    • Full refund of your purchase value if a domestic package isn’t delivered within 30 days of shipment (or 60 days for international shipments).
  2. Arrival Delays:

    • Compensation of $5 for domestic packages delivered more than 10 days late (or 30 days late for international shipments).
    • Compensation is provided in the transaction currency.
  3. Damaged Items:

    • Full refund for items rendered unusable during transit (e.g., broken, crushed, or bent).
    • Excludes: Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents), manufacturing defects, packaging errors, or unsealed items.
  4. Theft (Porch Piracy):

    • Full refund for stolen packages reported within 7 days of being marked “delivered” by the carrier.
  5. Carbon-Neutral Shipping:

    • Includes environmentally friendly shipping options within the recipient’s country.

How to File a Worry-Free Delivery Claim

If you’ve purchased Worry-Free Delivery and need to file a claim:

  1. Access the Claim Portal
    Use the email confirmation you receive after checkout to access the Shipping Protection Resolution Center.

  2. Submit Your Claim
    Provide details such as photos of the damaged item, proof of theft, or tracking information.

  3. Receive Prompt Resolution
    Claims are reviewed and typically resolved within 48 hours. Compensation is provided as a refund or prepaid credit card.
